Why is my beardie digging?

She's been doing it for about a week, on and off.. but when she starts, she won't stop! She's only a few months old (we got her as a baby in September), and is about 140 grams. She's currently on tile in a 40 gallon breeder.
Is this something to be concerned about? Should I get her a dig box or something?

Do you let her got to sleep by herself?
Im not sure exactly why they do it( i know when they are older its to do with eggs but not at that age)
Mine do it to get comfy..
I just give them a cuddle and there fine
