Why is Fred Digging?

Why is Fred scratching and digging at the tile on his floor? I have a tupperware bowl in hit viv as well with calcium powder in it. I feed him in this bowl because the dubias tend to cover themselves in the calcium. Anyway, he is NOW inside of this bowl digging around in the calcium. Whats up with this? He is also tending to sleep on his floor now under his log. He's just acting really weird!

He's got two humps. He's about 8 mo

Does he dig all the time or just when going to bed? Pig will dig at any spilled calcium, she just loves it. Nothing wrong with sleeping on the floor, thats where mine sleep. Pig slept on her branch when she was little but once she got bigger, she moved to the floor.

Autumn sleeps on a shirt of mine right on the floor. He digs at it to get comfy, kinda like a dog.
