white scales

It has been awhile since I last needed to post to ask a question. I do log in at least once a week and read but never post.
Anyway our dragon is about 7 or 8 years old. We got him as a tiny baby in 2006 I believe. Could have been 2007.
The inside edges of his rear legs up to about the crease has turned completely white. White like milk. I've not seen this before. Could something be wrong?

Hello,

Can you post pictures of him?
Based on your description, it sounds like an upcoming shed on those areas. Has he not shed since you have had him or in a long time?
Is he eating normally right now?
Has he been active also or slowing down due to the wintertime?
