White mustard leafs.

Are these safe?

I'm getting a bearded dragon at the end of next month and I'm attempting to grow plants for him.

I've got endive, watercress and white mustard leafs so far. But I'm unsure if the white mustard plants are okay for them as whenever I try to search it, it just comes up with mustard greens.

From a quick search white mustard (Sinapis alba or Brassica alba) looks to be grown for its seeds, rather than leaves so there may not be information out there to determine how much/often to feed it. Its related to but not the same cultivar as the mustard grown for its greens (brassica juncea) Plants in this family vary wildly in nutritional content and nutritional antagonists (like oxalates) so while I personally wouldn't have a problem feeding the leaves I would also make sure to use other high calcium plants as well in case this variety isn't as high in available calcium as the other. I've had decent luck growing kale, collards and turnip greens.

Thank you so much, that's really helpful. I've been growing some other plants too but none of them have taken off like the white mustard has so I thought it would've been a shame to not use it. I was really struggling to find information so I'm glad you were able to shed some light on it for me.
