I have had this problem for a while, and my vet tested it but never got back to me. I think I will give her a call. But here's the situation:
Ivan has been pooping and then afterwards there will be a ivory type colored mucus like strip left sometimes half hanging out of his vent. It's like white snot but not extremely wet, just moist ish. I don't really know what it means. Is it possibly parasitic? I haven't found anything about it on this website. His poops are regularly scheduled and not diarrhea or extremely dry. They seem fine. He is eating just fine and we give him a bath every day for 20-30 minutes at a time, never unsupervised. He hasn't been acting any different at all, seems honestly just fine like always. Alert, wandering around, etc. He acts perfectly fine. My vet tested it last time I was there but never got back to me so I assumed it wasn't a big deal but it happens about 2 to 3 times a week and I don't know what I should do to make it stop or if it even matters. But I definitely don't want him to die so please get back to me with any advice you have.
Thank you!
