which is best?

Hi guys,
Im from the UK and went to my local pet shop today and i was really suprised to see they had the Reptisun 10 tubes in stock! ive never seen them in any pet shop near me before, infact i have only ever seen them on the internet.
I have always used the arcadia 12% d3 tube but was considering trying out the repti sun.

which do you guys think is the best?

Hi there,
I'm from Ireland and suffer the same as you, everyone stocks Repti-glos.We only happened across a repti-sun by accident. Most pet shops will order repti-suns in for you but it's expensive. But from what I've heard the Arcadia 12% is just as good and doesn't cause any problems...Unfortunatly I've never seen an Arcadia bulb over here so when it comes time to change our UVB we'll have to order one in!

I used the reptisun for over a year and a half, i have just swapped for the arcadia, and Gizmo has had really bright colours and has been super active!! Apparently the arcadias tested slightly better than the reptisuns! you can always give it a go, its not a bad bulb to play with, but if your already using the arcadia i would stick with that. When i asked advice about these bulbs (i was considering it for a few weeks) i was told the reptisun is recommended as the states cant get the arcadia.

Well i really do sound like a sales person! but its just a recent experience of mine!
