Which is best incubator for Bearded Dragons?

Hello,

My dragon is very gravid. All as I have is an old Hovabator (thermal-air flow) however I am using it for tortoise eggs. Which types of incubators work best for you guys that are easy and inexpensive to purchase or build?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
