Phoenix worms are about the best you can get for your beardie. They are the highest in calcium so you do not have to dust them. But be careful, if your beardie ends up with yellowish urates take them off the phoenix worms immediately cause too much calcium can do them harm also.
We have been told to mix it up as best as possible, so we try to give a variety to our babies. I don't know how old your beardie is so I dont know if he/she is eating veggies or not. But here is the link to the best veggie guide there is:
Oh I almost forgot about this guy, he is called the roach guy and has the best Dubia roaches that we have seen. We ordered some once (MeatHead loved them!) and they came safe and sound and at a reasonable price.
Yes, I have ordered from Dubia roaches, from Aaron Pauling, and from Roach Guy, and I can say that Roach Guy currently definitely has the most agressive pricing (and the worst spelling, not that the lizards complain!). In addition, I have found that he is quick to respond to email questions. All three suppliers provide healthy roaches. It pays to email and ask about the percentage of roaches in each supplier's "Mixed" which are 1inch or larger. Failure to ask this might result in your choice of suppliers in sending you a Mixed batch which is mostly very small, when you could have selected another supplier which, at that particular time, might be able to provide a Mix of much larger roaches. For instance, Roach Guy is currently (7-8-09) providing about 50% as 1in/larger.
