Where is a Dubia care sheet?

I recently adopted a 2 yr old dragon and he came with a colony of roaches. Well, it's pretty apparent I have NO idea how to care for them. The egg crates are very damp and the temp is about 68. This is within about a week. Supposedly there are about 1,000 in there and the bin is not very big at all. Saturday I plan on moving them to something bigger, and better ventilated, but wanted to read up more on it. I know a year or so ago I read on here a great article or post, with pictures, on how to set them up and care for them.

Of course now I can't find it. Any ideas where it is?
