When to move beardie to larger tank?

Our beardie is about 6 inches and I am about 2 days away from completing the construction on my self built Crossfire Viv. At what age or size should I move him to a larger enclosure? If I move him now will this be a problem? Is my 4x2x2 crossfire too big to move him now?

My dragon is a tad smaller then yours and he is in a 4x2x2 cage, I've not had any problems with him and he uses all the space to run around.

I agree with Waldo, I put my babies straight into a large viv and they just love to explore it!
