When to change your Bearded Dragon's diet?

Hi, I have a 3-4 month old Bearded Dragon who will nibble at the few dandelion greens I put in her dish through out the day. Maybe will eat 9-10 little leaves. Other than that I feed her Dubia Roaches and/or Phoenix Worms twice a day.

When does this diet change over to the 80% greens 20% insects thing? Is it an abrupt one where "Okay she's a year old time to feed her vegetables!" Or is it more of a transitional thing.

If it's transitional, can someone tell me when I should start altering the diet to feature more greens so when she's grown she will be used to it? Thank you!

P.S. How often would you feed an adult insects? Not twice a day I assume if its only 20% of their diet now?

Hi. Mine didn't start to transition until they were about a year. Now I give them feeders everyday but only like 2 dubia then they eat their salads.

Keep on the two live insect feeds per day .

This is best while they are still growing as they need the insect protein to grow more beardie.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
