when they gonna ship the PWs ?

I live in troy MI and i orderd 400 PWs from pheonix worms.com but my shipment had to be delayed because of the snow and cold temps ( my beardie was warm) the email said they wou;d ship them january 5 which is today will get tomorrow or a couple days from now. im sorry im being so impatent but i really want those worms for y beardie because i heard they have a great amount of calcium and i want my beardie to be extra healthy( this is my first time ordering)

If they said they would ship on the 5th, then you will get them in about two days (today or tomorrow, likely). I get them in two days, and I'm in Oklahoma.. if that helps.

If you really want to know, call them.
They do use USPS priority mail; they should provide you with shipping information. I hate the USPS tracking, I never get anything from it. The only thing it ever tells me is that they were notified of my package, nothing else. It will continue to say that, even after I receive my packages..

When i called they told me that they had to have 2 days of temps above such and such degrees,
and also the average temp had to be above a certain temp for those 2 days. Otherwise they
wont ship because you will recieve dead worms if they do. I feel your pain though, I live in Buffalo.
The woman looked at the 10 day forcast and said according to it, she wouldnt be able to ship my worms for
a loooooooooooooooong time( just enough o's i think). Stinks, but what can you do. :roll:
