When can I start feeding my bearded dragon worms?

I have a 2 month old bearded dragon that is around 6 inches long. I have been feeding it small-medium sized crickets everyday along with some lettuce. I was wondering if I could move on to worms. I have heard that worms should not be fed at a young age and some say you can. I could use some opinions/suggestions. Thanks for your time.

You can right now. There are plenty of worms out there that are appropriate for babies.

Mealworms, waxworms, and superworms are ones you want to stay away from though.

They can.

Waxworms are more of a treat. Think of them as hershey bars.
Supers should not be fed to any dragon under 16 inches, which yours is not.

Also lettuce is just water with no nutrition, its better to feed collards or mustard and such at this age so that they will eat it when they get bigger and need all the nutrition they can get from veggies.

Gus - he’s a rescue!
How much water should I be giving my bearded dragon? He will only drink from a dropper when I drop on his nose and I’m not sure if I should give it to him until he won’t drink anymore? Or should I stop after he’s had a certain amount?
