Wheezing

Gave my beardie a bath and he let out a wheezing sound after drinking a little bit of water so I popped him back in his Viv where he seemed fine, a few days pass and he wheezes but keeps his mouth open, wheezing a few more times it looks like he was trying to trow something up, took him to the vet straight away and they said if he doesn't eat come back and get anti-biotics.. So a few days passed and he's eating well but today he's got his mouth open again, black bearding black tail tip and wheezing a little...... What's wrong with my baby?

It's possible he inhaled some water which can be problematic for them. I would keep him at a slight decline with his head downward when he's sleeping. Facing slightly downward on a branch or similar. I would also bump the overnight temps in the tank a little but up to about 80 or so to help him fight off any infection if he is developing one. I'd keep that up for a while and observe his behavior. If he acts lethargic or if you start seeing excessive thick mucous building up in his mouth or around his nose it may require medication. Until then I'd see if he can fight it off on his own since meds can be quite harsh on them.
