What's your Beardies name??

I have been reading a lot of posts on here recently and I noticed that most beardies are given unique names by their loving owners. I will start.

When I got her I had not idea whether "it" was male of female. I hated to call the beardie "it", so started calling it "Em" instead. If she had been a boy, she would have been Emmett.

This is my brat Iris she is almost 7 weeks old and her name comes from a mythology goddess that we liked the name of :mrgreen:

I have Gaper, Nolana and Cato Gaper used to open his mouth all the time, so the people in the pet shop nicknamed him and it stuck. Nolana means Champion/Warrior and Cato means Wise/All knowing.

Yoshi - My husband and I love the Super Mario Bros games and Yoshi seemed to fit

Aurora - From Sleeping Beauty, which suits her personality because she loves to cuddle and fall asleep when we get her out in the evenings. Plus she acts like a princess. lol

Grendel - which is from Beowulf. However, my husband gave him this name because if his big size, not because of his personality. He's a sweet beardie. (well unless you wake him up late at night. lol)

Jango ~ I couldn't decide on a certain name so I let my son pick a name and he picked it because he's a Star Wars fan and loves Jango Fett.

Yoshi I was having a difficult time picking out a name ( never named a lizard before) so I sat there and went through a random list of names and none of them felt right. My friend suggested the name Yoshi. I liked it so thats what we named him/her
