i feed him on crickets and so did the previous owners but laterly i found this black beetle looking thing in the tank and noticed it dug under the soil and came out now and then and this time i managed to catch it,

does anyone know where it might of come from or what it is?

is it dangerous to my beardie?

It's a superworm beetle! It might munch on your beardie if you leave it in the tank... I'd just toss it outside. That's what I do with them.

little beetles and feeder worm things are usually kept with crickets and other feeders to "clean up" the mess that the crickets make. basically, they eat cricket poop. ewwww. They won't harm your beardie particularly if he eats them, but like Jasper's mom said, they can nibble on your beardie. I also wouldn't recommend feeding them to him. They do eat poo after all. Just chuck them away.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
