What's happening with my beardie?!

Called the vet today and found out Baldr has Pinworms and coccidia. Also, for a while his left eye was having trouble opening and the vet said it appeared to be shed but said to keep an eye on it. Well I get home from work today and neither eye will open even though I can tell he's trying. I wet a q-tip and gently clean around his eyes (which worked in the past) but to no avail.

Waiting for the vet to call back. Any help/advice to ease my nerves would be greatly appreciated!

Update: vet called, I'm going down to pick up 2 medications to treat him. As far as his eyes, she said to soak him tonight in warm water and if need be use a tiny drop of neosporin on a q-tip and apply to his eyelids, and if it's still bad tomorrow night to bring him in.

What kind of UVB bulb are you using? Brand and type (ex. tube, compact, etc.) please. Some brands and types of UVB bulbs have been associated with eye problems.

I've had a reptisun 10 tube set up for about 1-2 weeks now and his eyes seem to have gotten worse. Reptile carpet for substrate, basking area and hide, all in a 20 gal tank

So the qtip with neosporin helped with his eyes. I'm just hoping it doesn't have to be a daily thing.

As for the medications:

.01 ml albon daily for 5 days, then every other day for 10 days
.04 ml panacur once a week for 4 weeks

After that he goes back for another fecal test....

Has he looked directly at the light before?maybe it blinded him kind of or its to bright for his eyes?

Yeah maybe his basking area is too high.

As far as cleaning his cage, I have newspaper down instead of reptile carpet, but what can I do about his basking "branch" and hide? Can I just scrub and soak daily in hot soapy water? Should I use something else for the next month and if so, what is safe to use/easy to clean?
