what veggies are a no no?

i bought a package of spring mix for my personal salad but i was wondering if it was ok to give to kansas. my mom used to feed this to her green iguana, spike. in it it has baby romaine, tango, radicchio. then i have a package of rainbow slaw with broccoli, cauliflower,carrots, red cabbage. now i know that the rainbow slaw mix isn't to feed often because of carrots but i havent given him any of the mixes yet. i wasnt sure if it was good enough for him so i havent fed it to him. the slaw mix is diced pretty small too. just a thought if it was eddible for him then i would see if he would try it. if not then into my salad it goes.

Hello,

It's quite alright to feed the spring mix to your beardie. You really don't want to use it as a staple veggie, due to it not having much nutritional value. Here is a list of foods to feed your little guy http://www.beautifuldragons.503xtreme.com/Nutrition.html
