what top soil is the safest?

I want to grow my own Collards Endive and Turnip greens what is the safest soil to grow them in I will have to do pots cant grow them in a garden we rent and I am not going to dig outside.

Please help I would be heart brocken If I got a soil that poisened them.

I have no green thumb what so ever so advice is needed

Any soil made for vegetable gardening will be fine, however unless you use very large pots you wont produce much.
