I know crickets are good and the pet store told me meal worms but I am reading they are no good for a baby. My beardie is about 2months old or so. I know all about the veggies I'm just not sure on live feeders Thanks for the help!

you can feed dubia roaches ( or other feeder roaches) , phoenix worms, silk worms... horn worms ( if small enough..) thats all I can think of... Im sure other ppl will let you know what else there is available. If you can't get that in stores near you, then you can find some online.

hope that helps :)

Don't do mealworms, especially w/ a baby. Try phoenix worms, reptiworms are great too. I feed crickets and worms along w/ greens. A baby doesn't tend to be too interested in greens, but you should offer that anyway even if it's a small amount. Eventually, they should take to it.

You some luck finding a better variety of feeders if you have a reptile shop nearby. Try searching on www.yelp.com in your area

But your best bet is to order online - bigger quantities and better prices.

Phoenix worms are already high in calcium and don't need to be dusted. Also they make a great staple food for your beardie.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
