sorry for so many posts i’m just trying to make sure i do everything right .
i have had my beardie for 4 months now (got her in june this year ) & i feel she’s kinda growing slow (not totally sure how big she should be tho) but i’m wondering if it’s maybe because i’m doing something wrong.
i feed her bsfl daily & greans/veggies . she gets collard greens mustard greens arugula turnip greens bell peppers butternut squash and occasionally fruit (blueberries or strawberries) . these are usually rotated but she always has collard greens & mustard greens daily (then i rotate out the other greens w that) .

i don’t give her calcium because i was told not to w the bsfl is that true? i bought her 2 things of calcium 1 with vitamin d-3 & the other with out vitamin d-3. but stopped using it since i started using bsfl instead . should i still be giving her multivitamins ? or what else should she get & how often?

i just moved her into a new tank & was using a 75 watt bulb but when i tried that in the 40 gal some spots were on point w temps (105 in some points on her log the highest point got to 109 but there was also a point on her log that only reached 100 which was the lower end) her hammock was 110 so i tried the 100watt to see if it would even out but it was wayyy too hot (113-122) so i’m not too sure what i can do to perfect her temps any recommendations ? i even tried getting her a larger dome so it could cover more area but the temps were still wrong :/
here is little ma’am for reference of her size

She looks nice and healthy. The veges you're offering should provide plenty of nutrients if she is eating them. I don't bother adding calcium to black soldier fly larvae, but I do dust other bugs like roaches and crickets. It's good to rotate the live bugs when you can, just as with the veges in order to add variety to the diet. It's OK to offer something easy to get or maintain more often though. You can add a multivitamin supplement to the feeder bugs once or twice a week if you wish to, but it probably isn't necessary. Dusting with plain calcium and offering veges should be OK.

As far as the heat goes, it sounds like you're close. If one area is a little too hot that's not awful as long as there is a gradient and she can sit to the side if she wants to. You can adjust the temperatures by changing to a different bulb or wattage, you can try raising or lowering the bulb using an adjustable stand to hang the fixture from, or you could set it on a manual dimmer or dimming thermostat to fine tune the output. It's good to get the temps pretty close before using a dimmer though since you don't want the bulb to dim too much.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
