What species of roach is this (with pic)?

My friend sent me this pic of a roach a petshop was selling. The owner said it was a desante roach. Never heard of it. It has 3 white spots on each side. I will have these tonight to get better pics. He's afraid to use them till he find out what they are. Any thoughts? He said its not a dubia. By the spikes on its legs I would have to agree. Hisser maybe? Thanks

have you gotten an answer? I came across this roach just now so I may know what it is. What you have is a six-spott roach nymph. They're bulky and meaty so they can be good feeders but they have defensive spines on they're leg and they required deep substrate to keep them happy. Hope this helps
