What is your bearded dragon's name?

If its like orange or yellow it can be like Sunnie or something like that. I almost named mine that. Or if your a game of thrones fan u can do rhaego or whatever the dragons were called in the book

My two dragons are Fredericka and Oliver...


Here’s how they got named:

Fredericka was named after the dragon from the Nim’s island movie. (Fred) We thought she was a boy, then she turned out to be a girl, so we renamed her to Fredericka, (One of the characters from Blue’s room (the puppet version of blue’s clues.)


Oliver was called Olive because he has such green coloring... Thought he was a girl at first... And he turned out to be a boy, so now he is Oliver.

Realize how Fredericka turned out to be a girl when we thought she was a boy, and with Oliver it was vice versa? I never realized that before! :lol:

my wonderful baby is named Liz, it stands for Lizard because I couldn't come up with a good one either.

Harley Quinn, Poison Ivy, and Demona.

Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy are just a week or two difference in age. Harley is reddish. And Ivy is trans, so she looks greenish.

Demona is a normal. I got her with a male whom I named Goliath. A pretend cookie to those who get the reference. Both were rescues, they came together and had MBD. Goliath passed away last year. Demona is about 12 years old.

Although initially I was gonna name her Falkor after luckdragon in Neverending Story

My kids named the beardie "Trogdor" because that was the name of a dragon/man-beast in a video game they liked. They named the leo "Ludwig Von Chowder" because he was an import from Germany and they wanted to give him a German name ... which involved Chowder (their favorite cartoon).

just came up with a name for my dragon after 3 days of thinking, ive named it balerion.

its the name of the oldest biggest dragon from game of thrones

Stumpy.....only has half a tail.
Yardley.....only has three legs.
Sherlock...always studies his food before eating.
Gomez....very quick running every where.
Nelson....always sitting on his high perch looking down on every one.

We (my partner and I) named our first beardie Sappho, after the poet born around 630BC from Lesbos, Greece (she wrote erotic poetry about other women... this is where the term lesbian comes from )

Our second beardie had been attacked by his tankmates, so we adopted him for free from Petsmart. He had his back right toes/foot chewed off, and a crooked tail. Naturally, the name Achilles came to us :mrgreen:

I have Fire and Ice! Fire has A LOT of orange on her face and spots going down her back. Ice is white. Plain and simple. Just went by looks is all.

Sade (say-de) came up with the name from..idk what. Just kinda liked it, when I first go him you couldn't tell the sex so I just gave it the name sadie, then in about 3-5 months I could finally tell and changed the name to sade.

Except for Lil Squirt, We've named ours for their coloring. Rosie is a redish coloring, Goldie was golden when she was in the sun and sometimes green. Redrock was named because her pattern and coloring reminded us of that.

I could go on to the other three we lost but I won't.

Meraxes (game of thrones reference), we call her Mera for short. & Bowser, because well... you know.
also, most of our leopard geckos are references to gods/goddesses.

Yes! Finally! I'm not the only one who decided to go with Aegon's dragons!
Mine's also named Meraxes actually, on my girlfriend's suggestion, because she preferred it to Vhagar and Balerion. I figure if I get more dragons, those are next. Followed maybe by Rhaegol/Rhaegar.

I've seen a lot of beardies, especially on Tumblr, named specifically after Daenerys. There's even one named "Khaleesi," which is a little odd to me.

I'm so glad to've found someone else who named theirs after Aegon's babies though. =]
