What is this coming out of my dubia female?

I opened my dubia bin just now to feed HH and I saw this:

I thought it was a GIGANTIC maggot at first but then realized that it was attached to a female. I isolated it from the rest of the colony in case it was some sort of parasite. Does anyone else recognize what this is?

It has a little dimple on the end:

And some bubbles inside:

I thought it might be an ootheca at first but I've never seen a dubia make one that was white and bubbly like this.

You are very welcome! Didn't take long at all. I just did a search for dubia ootheca, looked at pics, and followed the link to the one I found looked the closest to the one you shared with us. Fascinating. Disgusting, but fascinating! Thanks to you for teaching me something new!

Well joy of all joys, Darwin actually ate her so she didn't go to waste. I think watching him munch on her was more disgusting than finding her like that for some reason.
