What is this? And should I be worried?

My new baby runs around and eats and chases crickets and loves lettuce already. I have the correct temps and lighting but he will just stop and stare at the light for 10-15 min at a time at random... Just like this....

Should I be worried?

I don't think there's anything to worry about, he is probably just getting used to his surroundings. What type of light is it?

Also, lettuce isn't good for beardies, it's basically just water and has no nutritional value.

Does your UVB light hum at all? I had a fixture that as it got older, it would hum more and more. My dragon would always stop and stare at it. It shouldn't be dangerous unless he is really close to the bulb when staring.

Thanks for the replies! I was a little worried. I don't hear a hum but he is in the bottom corner of a stackable critter condo. I separated a 4x2x2 for a couple months so that I can save for the third in the stack. And I'm sorry I wasn't more specific about his lettuces. They are mustards and collards but I just call em all lettuces... I will remember in the future specifics! below is their current set up and decorating is what I'm working on now...
