What is an easy worm to breed?

Meal worms are super easy but I know they aren't as good for my dragons b/c of digestion. I got my roach colony started and going well but cant really feed off them yet. Looking for variety, wax worms look hard to breed and know they should just be a treat.

Supers are just like meal worms. It takes a little while, but very easy. My beetles are still going strong...just waiting for them to die lol.
