What in the world is this???

While I had my dragon outside today, he decided he was going to go to the bathroom in the little tank and I couldnt help notice this thing come off of him. He had one of these on each side of his vent but all I could see was a small part of the dark spot. I had noticed it previously but it only looked like dirt. After he lifted his tail, one of them came off. I took him inside and let him soak for a few minutes and I pulled the other one out. They seem to be hollow, as though they were around something. This is purely speculation but could this be what I think it is? Do dragons follow the "use it or lose it" rule as well? lol Seriously, what are these things?

Uh oh that doesn't look too good. What does his diet consist of? Could that be part of an undigested feeder? Or something else?

Could you tell me everything you feed him?

He is very lethargic most of the time and can't catch crickets so he gets all greens and the occasional superworms. These things were embedded in his vent. They were on the sides and curled in towards the vent.

:shock: is right! lol Well like I said, the first one came out when he went to the bathroom. I assumed the other was next.....
Let me just put this out there, even if I look like a fool, and I'm not gonna sugarcoat it...is it possible his junk fell off?

It looks kinda like a sperm plug, but i would wait for a modorator to check it first.

He was supposedly 3 years old when I took him in a few months ago.

See, this is why I love you guys! In all my years, I've never actually seen one and since this guy isn't exactly the healthiest, I was very concerned. By any chance, is this any indicator of his state of health? Like, is this a good thing or just commonplace?

I guess it just happens once in a while. I've never experienced it but have heard of it from time to time. Make sure to keep him well hydrated though.
