Ok, so I posted a few weeks ago about my babies possibly semi-brumating. They normally werent coming out of thier hides unless I forced them out for some uvb and to offer them some food.
Today I walk into thier room to find that Stewie is out.. all on his own, with a lonely claw perched on the glass
He was sporting a black beard and stress marks on his tummy. I immediately scooped him up to comfort him only to find that his tummy was bloated.
I thought the worse so I hurried and drew him a bath. During his "semi-brumation" he was accepting a few pieces of greens every now and then, and even with me forcing him to stay out under the uvb and to bask after he did eat... no poo!
So we hung out in the tub for about 40 minutes with no luck... Gently massaging armpit to vent as ive read here. Ofc I was assuming he had a blockage. Still no luck.
So i put him back in his viv and ran to the store for some pumpkin. When I came back... he was glass dancing. Dancing cuz he had pooD! but hates it in his viv so he goes nuts till I clean it lol.
So heres the thing. It was like there was 2 Poos. Two urates and everything. One looked completely normal, the other...looked like it wasnt digested properly.
His black beard went away, stress marks went away and hes just hanging out in the middle of his viv atm.
Do I need to worry about the undigested food? or is whats done is done and now that he has passed it hes ok?
Does this mean hes done with brumation? And should I offer him food at this point? Or just chill til I know for sure hes done brumating.
