Hello! I'm looking into getting my first beardie and I want to be prepared. I live in an area that frequently has tempermental weather, enough so that our power goes out at least a few times each season. It doesn't last long, and it's not bad enough to displace us, but I just wondered what could be done about maintaining the correct heat in an emergency situation?
Thanks!

Get u some of the uniheat packs like they use or shipping. They make ones that last 40hr and 72hr. (Im sure the come in more than just those 2) But u can pick them up offline(the reptile show here sells them too, so if u have a reptile show somewhere close by u can check there) but they are cheap. But they heat to the perfect temp.

We have a backup battery pack that will power for up to 12 hours. Cheaper than a generator and it can run Internet and essentials

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
