What do I feed my 3 year old beardie??

Hi guys, I’m new to this forum. My beardie is 3 and a half years old and his name is Mike. He’s happy and healthy however I only actually got him a month for two ago, and I’ve looked everywhere but I cannot find any charts on how much to feed Mike based on his age. I tend to feed him 3-4 crickets a day for about 3 days a week. He always has fresh salad in his bowl which he does enjoy however I just want to check that I’m doing it right? Any opinions or suggestions will be helpful x
