What constitutes as a runny stool?

I was curious as to what constitutes as a runny stool. Is it one without form (like human diarrhea), or does it merely have excess water with the solid portion.

Runny stools is an indicator of infection, but what is the major difference between excess water (from veggies/soaks), and something warranting medical treatment.

I've not been able to find one consensus online.

Normally it would just mean he is well hydrated when its well formed with water around it, and runny poop with an odor could be a sign of parasites, but my girl has alwaysnhas perfectly formed poop with little odor, but she got her checkup/fecal test and found out she had coccidia and pinworms, so its always best to get a fecal done with a newly aquired beardie and annually after that.
i learned the hard way they can have them and show no signs, i thought her poop was normal because i could only smell it when i cleaned it up, but then realized after her meds that he poop has no odor at all. Like i literally stuck it under my nose and didnt smell anything (gross, i know! Lol)
