what bulb should i use?

okay so, after my first bulb was not functioning properly i decided to order one and get that one replaced(lot of money upfront but a backup is always nice.)
anyways what one would you rather use solar glo 125 watt or T-Rex Active UV Heat Flood 100 watt..

thats what i thought, i mean its pretty much double the price of the solar glo..how high up do you place it from the basking spot?

minimum 12inches. preferably about 14-15 for the best temps

sounds good..must be stronger then mine..he told me to put mine at 10 inches from basking spot..not exactly easy in a 2 foot high tank
