I read a thread a while back about one or two dragons that have busted their jaws biting all sorts of things.
This dish is about 3.5" in diameter and about 1.5" deep. I usually get the collard and mustard greens to about the lip of the dish and the squash piled on top gets it well within eating range. However, it seems the angle at which my beardie comes down at the food (almost a 45-ish degree) means he's almost slamming his head into the glass each time he takes a bit.
I've been thinking of dishes with lower lips but it makes it harder to keep the food in there when he decides to go nuts on/around the dish.
Anyone else run into this issue? What dishes do you use to hold veggies?
