What are these worms I bought and why do they smell so bad.

I bought two orders of worms for my beardie, but I've forgotten their name. I know they're healthy and not harmful, I remember ordering them from a bearded dragon supply site. I don't remember the site and I got no receipt in the box! They are light blue with a purple point and white stripes. My girls love them, but I would like to know more about them since they look so weird, smell so bad, and how many should be fed to them a day.

HORNWORMS. Thats what they're called, I just remembered. Please let me know more about them so I dont over feed my dragons or grow giant worm colonies.
