What are the good UVB bulbs for Bearded Dragons nowadays?

Thanks for all your help. I do have a Life-Glo, it is a 24 inch bulb. It doesn't say anything on it about uvb on it. I have a 55 gal tank, the light is at the top its a hooded light where this light is. Is this better?

That isn't a UVB light either, only gives off UVA (bright light). What brand and type of UVB had you been using up to now?

How long will it be before you can get a UVB bulb?

Oh, ok. Make sure she orders either the Repti-SUN 10.0 long fluorescent tube or the Arcadia 12% bulb. Your beardie really needs to get this bulb to prevent a lot of health issues, very important.

Thsoe bulbs don't produce uvb, they would be better compared to a basking bulb, not a uvb bulb. But they use Neodynium, which you don't want in your bulb. You want a basking bulb that produces Bright White lights.

And at Akeath,

Reptiglo's have been linked to many health problems. The wavelength they produce isn't good for dragons.

Oh, I think I remember a couple other lights being linked with that. I didn't realize the Reptiglos were like that too. :?

What are the issues with Neodynium? I've never heard about that. Will it say it on the box or is it something you just have to know? What lights do/do not have it?
