So I posted basicly the same thing in the feeding part but I'm going to try here too.
I'm really sick of crickets, I've dealt with the stinky escape prone chirpy nasty bugs for almost a year and I can't take much more. I was looking into dubia roaches because they're supposed to be amazing or whatnot but I'm stuck living in a house with an extremely paranoid mother for 9 more months. (Don't get all upset, I love her to death, and no I don't think moving out is the soloution to all my problems)
My mom is terrfied of roaches and doesn't want them in her house, so I'm obeying, no roaches.
I have superworms for snacks for my leopard gecko because I read somewhere that they aren't very healthy...
I was wondering what some other good options were. I've been reading a lot but I need some direction. All the pet shop in town has is Superworms, crickets, and on (very rare) occasion mealworms.
I'm willing to buy some online. I want healthy for my beardie, and my leo, without the hassle of crickets. It gets expensive to have escapeing crickets that my cats end up eating... lol
