I'd give the local vet a call (I think any vet will do for floats on her poo) and ask if you can collect a sterile sample bottle into which to deposit her next poo to be refrigerated and then taken to the vet for examination under a microscope for parasites.
If the vet reports that there are x y z parasites then book an appointment with a local herp/reptile vet to get the most effective parasiticidal and antibiotics to treat the parasites found.
