What’s wrong with my baby?

I’ve had my baby for about 5 months and she has crust around her mouth every morning first it was yellow/clear now it’s pink/red kinda looks like she has lips or as if her scales are pealed off I took her to the vet they wanna run a test on her for adenovirus but she doesn’t have any symptoms of that virus when I looked it up. They said if she didn’t have that then they would know what to do next and what other treatments I should pay for and more visits. All this when I jus got her and this is my first time owning a dragon . Smh.. idk how to help her it’s makes me so upset. Ilove her so much.

That looks super painful, holy cow. (I get cold sores and have had a staph infection between my mouth and nose, I know just how that must feel. DX)
It almost looks like she burned her snout on a light bulb or something.

Aw, poor little one. It might be mouth rot, this is not a sign of ADV. You can put some raw unpasteurized honey [ like from a health store ] on it 2-3 X a day and order something called Maxi Guard and see if you can gently wipe her gums with it using a Q-tip . What is she eating and how much ? Please post pics of the set up + lights as well.

Ouch, that does look painful!
I agree that it is not a symptom of the adeno virus though. What are you putting on it currently? As suggested,
raw unpasteurized honey is extremely good for infections, cuts, abrasions, etc. Since it is on & inside of the
mouth then it is completely safe to use.
Definitely review your tank setup with us also, so we can be sure your temperatures, etc are all good.
Maybe keep her a little warmer overnight, to help boost her immune system some. Usually 75-80 is good for
overnight temperatures when they are ill or have other issues going on.
