Hi all,
Well Repticon was this past weekend in Baton Rouge and we (my mom and I) decided that we would go just to get feeders (Dubias for the two little ones and crix for the big "man"). We were doing great with this plan, had just enough cash for the feeders, but a debit card in my pocket  . We got there early and walked around looking at all the beautiful babies. We got to the other side and were talking to one of the local breeders and he had one wittle baby in a small tub all by himself he mentioned that this little one was in fact 3 months old and was the runt of his siblings (the siblings were in one of the show cases for sale and were much bigger than him). He said that he wanted to adopt out this little one for $15. I tried to just walk away, but mom decided to go sit for a "rest" and made me think about the baby. Long story short the little "man" is now chilling in a temp 10 gallon home (getting a new setup in the next few days) with a 18" reptisun over him and all the dubias that he can eat
Little man is only 4.5" total and is the cutest thing. And sticking with my Harry Potter theme of naming I went with Rubeus Hagrid Here is a photo of him his first day home...
He was in full shed when I got him (still has a little on his tail and the back of his head)
Bri
