Welcome to my Red Hypo Italian Leatherback

Was at the NY Reptile Expo and picked up my first BD from Dragon Fortress. A very pretty male Red Hypo Italian Leatherback.
He is all set up now in a 29gal glass tank and is awaiting his larger enclosure (52Lx21Wx24.5H) which should be arriving this week from Custom Cages.
Looking forward to enjoying him for many years to come.

aww thanks. They really are so cute together.
nathan spent the afternoon watching TV with Puff chillin on his shoulder.

nathan is 3yrs puff is 2mnths (with us since sunday)

really is a great pet, a great way for my boys (also have a 1yr old) to learn to be gentle with and care for a living creature.
