This boy just came home yesterday. He's a five year old male who is MASSIVE. He's a bit over 600 grams and, at the moment, a bit of a grump. Relocation stress hasn't harmed his appetite. As soon as he got here, he started eating roaches and he had a bite of squash today. His previous owner couldn't take care of him since she was working two jobs. Before that, he was a classroom pet named -sigh- Beardie.
I have no idea why his lips are white like that. His previous owner says it doesn't wash off. I'll just keep an eye on it and see if it comes off with a shed.
I /think/ he's hypo, but I haven't interacted with him too much yet beyond feeding and giving him a bath. I want to keep his stress level down for now. c: So far, he seems like a massive sweetheart! He tried to climb up to my shoulder when I took him out for his bath.
His cage needs some work. I don't think his UV has been changed in five years and it rests on top of the cage. Currently, I think he's in a 40 gallon. Hopefully I'll snag a 40 gallon breeder at the next dollar-per-gallon sale.
