Weird very tiny bugs Please Help

Hello, have had my female bearded dragon for 2.5 years. I have noticed very very tiny bugs mostly in the cabinet under her tank and some in her tank. They are usually always dead and have not seen any on her body ever. I think they may be carpet beetles or bugs that have come in with her food, I feed her Dubai roaches and have a leopard gecko that eats mealworms. Here’s a couple pics, I don’t think they are mites at all but want to here your opinions. I put a pen in the pic to show how tiny they are. Thanks Please let me know ?

The zig zag pattern definitely looks like a carpet beetle. I don't think they will be immediately harmful but I'd try to remove any food sources they're thriving on to try to get rid of them.

Thank you very much.....I have been looking for a while and haven’t found a thing....it’s crazy, they appear sometimes and are never alive. Will keep looking
