Weird poop? *Pics included*

Bean is about a year old and has always had weird poop. His poops range anywhere from "perfect" to runny and everything inbetween. And he only goes about two times a week but he eats everyday. He has been like this since I got him as a baby but he eats fine and is very active. Due to him only going twice a week or so his poops are huge when they do happen. Is this a normal looking poop other than the size (he is about 22in long, not sure on his weight)? His diet is a daily salad with mainly collard greens sometimes mustard greens or kale occasionally, with mostly fruit (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) bc he refuses to eat most veggies. He eats around 15 large dubias every other day. His lighting set up is a reptisun 10.0 T8 UVB 18"mounted in tank about 6 inches from his basking spot, a 100 watt zoo med basking bulb with the highest spot being around 105, and at night he has a 60 watt ceramic heat emitter just to keep him around 75ish.

The poop looks fine - the extra water in the paper towel is good -- I would cut out some of the fruit tho - it is high in sugar which is not really good for them -- and going 2 times per week is fine and yes that would be why there is so much of it when he does go --
