Weird poop / Bad enclosure

-Hey so I am really concerned about my little girl's poop ! Here's a quick run down of her set up
She's in a 40 gallon tank with Repti Basking Spot Lamp (100w) and ReptiSun® 5.0 Compact Florescent
as well as a heat pad on the bottom.
-She is around 9 weeks and I have had her since she was 4-5 weeks old
-She doesn't eat very much only around 6-10 crickets a day or 3-5 wax worms and I offer greens almost every day (which she only eats like one bit of or none) Everything is dusted with Calcium and D3 rotating with Multivitamin powder..
-Her poop has looked somewhat like this for 3 days

Thanks for reviewing the tank setup.
I would go ahead & replace the Reptisun 5 compact/coil light, to a Reptisun 10 tube bulb, or a Arcadia D3 12% tube bulb, either one. The basking light should be fine. Do you measure the temperatures with a digital probe or temp gun? What are the temperatures running for her?
You probably wont need the heating pad on during the day as the tend to do better with overhead heating/lighting so it may be too much heat between the two. You can turn it on for nighttime if needed & you may need to during the fall & wintertime.
Are you dusting just her feeders or her insects & greens if she eats any greens?

I have been planning on replacing it but I haven't been able to find a fixture that will work. Also I don't think her basking light is close enough.

I don't have a proper thermometer I just have the stick on one right now because I haven't been able to find a digital one and I don't understand the probe ones. I know that's bad I have been meaning to get one. The stick on one says 95 on the basking side but I don't really trust that.
