So today I noticed this weird patch under my beardies mouth, his legs shed about a week ago and his color looked lighter then usual so I think this could be part of the shedding process but not sure. Can anyone tell me if they think this is shedding or something else? thanks

Hello,

Yes. That looks like some stuck shed probably. So you should give him a bath (no deeper than his knees) with some olive oil or rub some coconut oil on him. (Warning!! coconut oil makes them poop A LOT, so be prepared for some poop if you try that).

The shed will most likely peel off on its own. But if it stays there for more than two weeks then you should definately do both of the techniques I have mentioned. They Always have worked for me.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
