Weird mouth/jaw thing

Hello again. I tried this once with no luck, so I am trying again since it is not getting better.
My beardie has been showing some strange behavior. His lower jaw is curving open at times. I have also noticed something wet (maybe saliva) on the outside. He has been in his hide for days at a time without coming out. I thought maybe this is my first exposure to brumation, but am not sure due to this weird behavior. I have been taking him out of his hide once a week to hydrate him. I am not sure that this is so called "rubber jaw", but am at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. I have included two pics of this.
Male appx 400g. basking temp - appx 97 degrees f. cool side temp - appx 80 f. Night temp down to low 70s. Usually eats (though not much of anything lately) dubies, mixed veggies, fruits, etc. UV is reptisun 5.0

It's probably the UVB that is causing that. You either need a Reptisun 10.0 or Arcadia 12%. Here is a site where you can get the Reptisun 10.0 for a great cheap price. http://www.petmountain.com/ Turn off the Reptisun 5.0 and see if there is any improvement in his jaw. Hope this helps and good luck! :D

Oh, then I guess you could try the Arcadia 12%. I am at a loss of what could be causing this. Do you supplement with calcium and vitamins?

Have you checked the inside of his mouth? Someone else on the site had a dragon with a droopy lip on one side (although it wasn't that droopy and it wasn't both sides), and it turned out the beardie had a little infected spot inside his lip. Just a thought! :)
Human and beardie fingers & toes are crossed that it's nothing serious though! <3

I can see a little red in the mouth there that makes me suspect an infection or mouth rot. If you have the correct lighting and are supplementing with calcium and vitamins, I would doubt it was rubber jaw, although anything is possible. I do encourage you to go to the vet as infections, especially in the mouth, take a lot of time to heal.

Thank you all for your replies. I am attaching another pic I took of him today. I purposely kept the flash on so you could see his beard and below. Does it seem swollen or edema-ish to anyone. I may be paranoid, but I do not want to take any chances. I do have a beardie friendly vet where I am, but sometimes I think I may know more about herps than she does. Any help would be great....

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
