weird black spots

so i noticed today after giving my beardie a shower that he as two small black dots on his back that werent there before i'd post a picture but they are super hard to see now that he isnt his bright yellow colour that he turns when we give him a shower if i can get him to brighten up again tonight i will post a picture but i'm not sure what those are could it be scale rot or something ???

i'm not 100% sure if i should freak out yet or not....

They might just be natural coloring. Sometimes individual scales will have a different color than the ones around them.

Okay so if he doesn't suddenly get more he should be okay ?

If my guess is correct it shouldn't be a problem at all. Please do post some photos when you can though and I'll be glad to take a look.

I see it. It looks like natural coloring to me but keep an eye on the area because if it's something bad it will likely expand or spread.

Hello,

I think it is most likely a freckle & nothing serious. Just keep a watchful eye on it.
Our male has a couple of freckles on the underneath side of his tail, very cute. LOL

Yes, it seems that they can get pigmentation changes in color, so I just call them freckles because a lot of times, that is what they look like.
