Weird behavior, maybe health related?

Hey guys, so i got my Saphira two months ago. since then, there have been no problems at all. 2 days ago, however i put in a new platform i made for her and since then, she has moved very little and has been hiding constantly. she hasent been using her basking spot unless i put her there myself. Also it's been 5 days since she had her last cricket due to lack of supply in the pet store and i've been feeding her veggies this whole time. Also very worth noting, the first night with new furniture, she hid under a rock in the right upper corner (where her dragon cave is, look at the picture at the bottom) and was trapped, im guessing it pincered her and stayed there the whole night up until 2 PM when i came from work and searched for her. She was very cold at that time, so i put her under the heating rock right away. The weirdest part of all is that ever since i "rescued" her from underneath the rock, she had no problem with me handling her, as opposed to before when she ran away after a couple of seconds. When i was feeding her today, she didn't run to my hand as she used to, even when i released one cricket so she knew it was feeding time. she didn't even run after them even when they were just outside of her tounges reach. She moves just fine when she does move.

I think that covers pretty much everything that happened this last few days. If you guys would be so kind as to help me out, im worried there is something wrong with her.

is it possible the new furniture is making her nervous?
Perhaps the lack of food got her tired and out of energy (really hoping this is the problem)
Perhaps she isn't recieving enough light becuse of the new furniture?
maybe something else?

any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

this is the before:

Hi there, that's a very cool looking home your beardie has. :) You are correct that big changes like that will cause stress. And you say that she was kind of stuck under the little cave ? Do you mean the structure was actually entrapping her ? If so, be extra careful that nothing in the new set up could be dangerous to her.

If it's just stress, she'll be fine after a little while. Just wondering though, how close is the heat bulb to her [ looks very close so watch she doesn't get burned ] and where, what type + how far away is the uvb ?

She was stuck under a rock, i put 2 rocks next to each other on the back wall on the sand and there was enough of it underneath that she could dig under. The rock was all the way in the right corner. Im guessing she dug under, and then the rock slid down and prevented her from getting out. Im not sure, but i dont think the rock actually layed on her.
I moved all the sand from under the rocks, so that she cant get under them anymore.

The heat bulb is 20 cm away from her, but i have it plugged into a thermoregulator thingy, the sensor is the green thingy on the wall under the heat bulb. So i can regulate the temperature, i currently have it at around 34-36° celsius. The uvb is i think a reptisun 10+.. the person that made me the terarium also put all the lights in. It sits just above the glass doors, the terarium is 120x60x90 cm.

The heat lamp is too close and will easily cause eye damage or possibly a burn. The Reptisun is a good bulb, heck to see if it says t5 versus t8 . It should be within about 15" of the dragon.

could that be the reason she doesnt like to bask? she used to sit on her basking rock all the time.

Yes, the platform is too close, besides that I think your basking temp. is too cold so fix that ASAP or she will not be able to digest her food. You either need a stronger bulb that is farther away or a stronger bulb with the platform lowered so the heat bulb is about 14" away.

Beardies don't always understand complex changes to their tanks.

so far she has been digesting normally but i will up the temp a few degrees. Well since i have support beams glued to the back of the wall lowering the platform isn't an option so the bulb is going up.

thanks for all the help :)

You're welcome. :)

Did as you suggested, raised the heat bulb up to about 35 cm, (14 in) and increased the temperature to 40°c (105 F)
Hopefully she will be more lively now. Also put a rock at her spot, sibce it probably heat up alot nicer and warmer than polystyrene ?

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
