Hi everyone. My baby Beardie, named Mojito, is acting strange. We have noticed that for the past two weeks, all he has interest in doing is hiding under his rock on the cold side and sleeping all day. This isn't my first beardie so I'm confident that the proper husbandry is in place. He is in a 30 gallon tank, slate tile, reptisun 10 UVA/UVB bulb and basking light. Basking spot ranges from 100-110F which he can get within 6inches of and cold side between 68-74F. Temps are read with an indoor/outdoor probe thermometer.
My adult Beardie has a setup similar to this and I haven't had any problems like this with him ever and he's 4years old. Any thoughts??
I would like to add that when we decide to take him out the tank, he is awake and alert and not afraid to show off his teeth to us lol otherwise a rather normal baby beardie. He also doesn't seem to show any signs of a shed coming on.
