Maybe once or twice a week at most. It's easiest to think of it in terms of kids & candy bars. If you give them to frequently, they won't eat their greens or protein that's good for them. Personally, I like to give silkworms when I want to give out live treats, since the dragons love them and they're really good for them. To frequent feeding of waxies can lead to fatty liver disease, and believe me, you don't want to go down that road!

Yes, but you'll want to order small ones, in small amounts. They grow really fast.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
